WHO WE ARE
 
TASP (Tennessee Association of Special Programs) is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to helping disadvantaged students of all ages. Our members serve students are all ages, from middle school age, to high school age, to college age, and adults. Our students typically come from lower income households where no one had previously completed a college degree. Our commitment is simple: to help students who normally wouldn't achieve great things through education do just that. After we serve our students they are successful individuals who make a difference in their communities. We are proud to serve each student and are eager to serve many more.

OUR PROGRAMS

TASP (Tennessee Association of Special Programs) members are employed through the federally funded TRIO programs: Talent Search, Upward Bound, Veteran's Upward Bound, Upward Bound Math & Science, Student Support Services, Education Opportunity Centers, Ronald E. McNair Scholars Program or other educational opportunity programs like GEAR-UP. 

MISSION
The purpose of the Tennessee Association of Special Programs (TASP), is to bring together individuals who have an active interest in or who are professionally involved in broadening accessibility to and success in formal post-secondary education.
